Important information before trekking
What you should bring with on your trek/tour:
– Warm clothes, rain clothes, including long pants, long sleeves shirt
– Good shoes/boots and good socks for trekking
– Torch/flashlight, lighter
– Flip-flops/sandals for changing
– Towel for taking a shower
– Spray to protect yourself from mosquitos and leaches
– hat/cap, sunglasses, sun lotion cream
– Sleeping bag/liners (if necessary)
– Your own first aid equipment (bandage, alcohol, medicine…)
– Toilet paper/tissues.
What we recommend you to bring if you want to support local people on your trek:
– Pens, pencils, books for students
– Sport equipment for kids
– Gifts such as soap, detergent, shampoo, …
– Vegetable seeds for locals
– Spare money to buy souvenirs.
What is included in the trekking price:
– Drinking water, local food (start from first lunch in day one to the lunch in last day). Please kindly let your guide know if you cannot eat any kind of food which makes you get sick or stomach problem
– Local family homestay
– English speaking guide
– Our service charged
– Transferring as mentioned in the trekking itinerary
– Taxes
– Tourism office found
– Village fee
What is not included:
Any kind of soft drinks or extra expenses on trek/tour. Note that snacks and sweets are important and necessary for your daily energy, therefore we recommend you buy some if you need on your trek.
How you should adapt your body and mind you for the trek:
Those villages are in remote areas, there are no any toilets in village there. So we go to the toilet in the bushes, and we take shower in the opened public. We eat and sleep with local family members as we are members of the same family. Always follow recommendation of your guide, and please ask ask your guide what you should and shouldn’t do in the village.
How you should adapt your body and mind you for the trek:
We recommend you keep your valuables safely by taking care of them with you all the time. You can eventually pass it/them to your guide so that your guide saves it/them for you. In case anything is lost, it is your personal responsibility, and our agency is not responsible for you.
